Laws on disposal are different in every jurisdiction. Never dump chemicals down the drain. Always take your left over chemicals to your local municipal dump, with a copy of the Safety Data Sheet to dispose of them at the Hazmat Transfer Station. Many localities offer "Amnesty Days", where you can dispose of chemicals without a fee. Check with your local officials.
