Plating Acid Copper Over Nickel
Q: My acid copper won't stick onto nickel plate.
A: Acid copper plating onto nickel that is not freshly plated can result in peeling copper plate. To solve this problem, etch the nickel in Pickle #1, then strike plate with our Stainless Steel Activator, then plate with Acid Copper.
